Photos
Photos submitted through the form are used to assess repair requests and may be retained as part of the service record. Photos will not be used publicly for gallery, marketing, or social media without permission.
Form provider
Fret Not may use a third-party form provider to receive repair requests. Information submitted through the form is used only for service-related purposes.
Analytics
Fret Not may use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This helps improve pages, forms, and service information.
Sharing information
Fret Not does not sell customer information. Limited sharing may happen through service tools such as form, email, analytics, payment, bookkeeping, or compliance providers where needed.
Data retention
Repair request information may be kept as part of service records unless deletion is requested and there is no business or legal reason to keep it.
